Our rating is 8.2 out of 10. Caesars earns it with the most valuable off-app rewards in New York and a welcome offer that pays extra winnings in cash, not bonus bets. It loses ground for slower stated withdrawals (up to 72 hours of processing) and a small 6.6% share of New York bets.

Profit Boost terms worth reading first

Caesars posts full markets on every New York team: Yankees and Mets, Giants, Jets and Bills, Knicks and Nets, Rangers, Islanders and Sabres. That includes props, alternate lines, futures and live betting.

Off-limits bets under state rules
- No New York college teams, home or away: Syracuse, St. John’s and Army are off the board.
- No college player props.
- College tournaments are open, minus games involving a NY school.
The NYSGC has spent 2026 reviewing player props and same-game parlays. Its chair said in March it “could consider banning proposition bets entirely.” No rule has followed.

The feature list is shorter than FanDuel’s or DraftKings’: Same Game Parlay, Flex Parlay, cash out and profit boosts cover the essentials, but there’s less for parlay builders to play with.
