In September 2026, New Jersey’s online casinos won $274.8 million, up 13.0% on a year earlier, according to the Division of Gaming Enforcement. The nine Atlantic City casino floors combined took $227.8 million, down 1.3%.
The apps in pockets from Hoboken to the Shore now out-earn every slot floor in AC.
Year to date, internet gaming win stands at $2.40 billion, up 13.2%, with July ($276.9 million) the best month so far.
Sports betting had a rougher month. Revenue fell 14.3% to $77.0 million on $1.09 billion in handle. Football was the drag: the books kept just 1.3% of the $318.8 million wagered on football, against 4.8% a year earlier.
