The Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino is nestled among the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains in the southern tier of New York state in Salamanca. One of a trio of casinos operated by the Seneca Indian Nation, this full-service resort attracts more than three million visitors each year and provides the perfect getaway destination any time of year, allowing guests to take advantage of nearby skiing, camping, golf, hunting and other recreational opportunities.
The resort offers world-class gaming with a casino and a sports betting lounge, entertainment, fine and casual dining, a full-service spa and salon and 413 luxury hotel rooms.
The hotel includes a full-service spa and salon, an indoor swimming pool and a professional meeting space. In the fall of 2012, a $53 million hotel tower expansion was completed, providing an additional 201 rooms for the property.
Hotel/Spa
Guests can expect to be pampered in any of the 413 luxurious rooms at the Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino. These include 45 corner, end, or center suites. All of their rooms feature upscale amenities including pillow-top beds, oversized showers, flat-panel HDTVs, HD programming, including new release movies and music on-demand, as well as complimentary high-speed WiFi access property-wide.
Guests can rejuvenate at the hotel spa, take a dip in their sparkling indoor pool or keep up with their fitness regimen in their modern workout facility. There are also a half dozen dining options, meeting space for conferences and ballrooms to host weddings and other celebrations.
Casino Area
Casino gamblers will be awed by the variety of options available on the gaming floor at the Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino. Slot players can choose from among over 1,600 reel and video slots. These include some of the newest video poker games, along with the familiar classics. Sportsbook Area
The Sports Lounge at Seneca Allegany, which opened on December 17, 2019, is the place to watch the action and make wagers. Take in the games and matches on big-screen TVs, place those bets, and order some food and drink all in one place.
Wagering options include moneylines, point spreads, totals, props, futures, teasers, round robins and parlays. A parlay wager may include up to 12 teams at the self-service kiosk and up to nine teams at the betting counters in the Sports Lounge. Live in-play wagering on sporting events is also available.
Action is offered on the NFL, NHL, NBA, MLB, NCAA sports, excluding New York-based schools, golf, motorsports, soccer, rugby, boxing, UFC/MMA and tennis. All three Seneca sports lounges have partnered with the NFL’s Buffalo Bills and NHL’s Buffalo Sabres. Both franchises are owned by Pegula Sports and Entertainment.
Operating hours for the Sports Lounge are Monday-Friday 12 p.m.-12 a.m. and Saturday & Sundays from 10-12 a.m. Bets can be placed at the betting counter with a Sports Lounge ticket writer during Sports Lounge operating hours. Wagers may also be placed at one of their self-service kiosks 24 hours a day. Sports wagers may only be placed with cash.The minimum wager amount at the Sports Lounge is $1.
A unique feature of the Sports Lounge at Seneca Allegany is the build your own bet (BYOB) option. Players scan the QR code with any reader to get started. Then they find the game or event they want to place a bet on. Once the selections and how much the wager will be is entered, a custom QR code will be generated, which then can be scanned at the betting counter with one of the Sports Lounge ticket writers.
