The Rivers Casino in Schenectady is one of four Rivers Casino properties owned and operated by Chicago-based Rush Street Gaming. Based in the Capital Region of New York state in the heart of downtown Schenectady, the Rivers Casino is within easy driving distance from Albany, as well as southern Vermont and Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Hotel/Spa
The Landing Hotel offers a luxurious experience with panoramic views of the new Mohawk Harbor. This semi-private hotel includes an outside patio, a sun room adjacent to the lobby bar and a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring LifeFitness equipment.

This boutique luxury hotel features spacious king rooms, bay suites with wrap-around balconies, king suites with views of the Mohawk Harbor and ADA accessible rooms with roll-in showers.
There’s also a number of entertainment options on the hotel and casino property. The Rivers Casino events center hosts popular entertainment acts, as well as dinner shows. There’s a 10,000-square foot ballroom, a 9,000-square foot outdoor terrace and 9,000 square feet of pre-function space. Five smaller meeting rooms range in size between 1,000-3,000 square footage. Two lounges offer live musical entertainment options.

Casino Area
The 51,000-square foot gaming floor at the Rivers Casino touches all the bases when it comes to betting options. Slot players will delight in their selection of more than 1,150 games. There’s brand new and exclusive games, classic selections and fan favorites, everything from penny slots to their well-stocked high limit slots area. There’s even an all-season smoking patio complete with slot machines. Popular titles include 88 Fortunes, Lightning Luck and Walking Dead 2. There are also eight video poker options and more than 20 keno games.
If you’re into table games, there are nearly 70 live tables to choose from. Featured games include black jack, mini midi baccarat, EZ baccarat, blazing 7’s blackjack, craps and roulette. There are high roller tables for players who like to play for big stakes.

When the Rivers Sportsbook opened inside the Rivers Casino Schenectady in 2019, it was the first retail sportsbook to be operational in the Empire State.
It delivers a luxury-styled sports lounge furnished with individual VIP club chairs and table seating, including five private booths with TV monitors, each accommodating up to six people and available to reserve.
There’s an impressive state-of-the-art 53′ LED video wall, along with 22 additional TV screens. The sportsbook also includes 14 betting kiosks, and staffed betting windows to accommodate guests.
The Rivers Sportsbook offers betting on a wide array of sporting events including professional baseball, tennis, golf, soccer, football, basketball, hockey, and more. Bets include, but are not limited to, straight bets, parlays, totals and live in-play betting.
Wagers can be placed at the betting counter with a live sportsbook writer during Rivers Sportsbook hours of operation, or at a sports betting kiosk. The Rivers Sportsbook is open 10-12 a.m. Monday-Thursday, 10-1 a.m. Friday, 9-1 a.m. Saturday and 9-12 a.m. Sunday. Betting kiosks are operational daily from 6-2 a.m.
