Our Finger Lakes best bet and value play
Best bet: Doc Advantage (9-5) in Race 2. The 9-5 morning-line favorite, so the track handicapper rates this horse as the one to beat. Jeremias Flores has won 8 of 50 rides (16%) at New York tracks in our records. Race 2 picks and odds
Value play of the day: Maize Loved Laffy (20-1) in Race 5. At 20-1 on the morning line, the price is bigger than this horse’s connections suggest.
