Owned and operated by the Oneida Indian Nation, Turning Stone Casino Resort in Verona was the first land-based casino to launch in the Empire State when it opened its doors on July 20th, 1993.
Turning Stone was named #1 Best Overall Gaming Resort in 2020 by Casino Player magazine. The casino offers bingo, keno, table games, poker and numerous options for both reel and video slot machines. The Turning Point Casino Resort was host to NESN and YES Network’s Boston vs. New York Poker Challenge for two seasons.

Casino Area
Turning Stone Resort Casino features over 2,000 slots from, from favorite classics to the newest specialty games. Titles include 88 Fortunes, Monopoly Money and Monty Python Killer Bunny. There’s also bingo, keno, video poker and virtual sports.
